My Sister’s Place

My Sister’s Place provides homeless women and their children in Baltimore City know with a safe and supportive environment where they can spend their day.  They provide shower and laundry facilities, case management, life skills workshops, parenting classes, GED preparation, breakfast and a light dinner.  They offer the resources and direct services our clients need to begin the transition back to residential stability and self-sufficiency.

Network 2000

Network 2000 is an organization comprised of Maryland’s select women in business. Founded in 1993, its mission is to promote the advancement of women in professional and executive positions. Mentoring has been a key component in Network’s outreach for more than ten years. Through our Mentoring Program we are preparing women for advancement. To date, over 100 talented professional women [mentees] in mid-career have participated in our program.
