Carolyn Tastad, will kick off this year’s afternoon talk sessions. With over 30 years of experience, Carolyn will share stories and lessons learned around the people, the opportunities and the pivotal decisions that enabled her personal career trajectory.

Carolyn serves as P&G’s executive sponsor for Gender Equality – part of P&G’s citizenship efforts – which aims to build a world free from gender bias and with equal representation and an equal voice for men and women.
