Fashion’s Night Out  is being launched in Baltimore by The Baltimore Fashion Alliance (BFA).  The BFA, a non-profit 501c3 organization was established in Maryland earlier last September by Stephanie Bradshaw, Christopher Schafer, and MyCity4Her Affiliate Ella Pritsker, to bring Baltimore fashion industry professionals and organizations together.  The BFA’s goal for the inaugural of FNO/Baltimore is to showcase and support local design talent and area retail establishments.

This year, the global event is taking place in 17 countries and 100 cities worldwide.  Each host city has selected a date between September 7th and 15th, 2011 to celebrate creativity, design talent and retail culture by offering a distinctive combination of shopping, entertainment, special events, extended store hours, celebrity involvement and novel attractions.
