Haute Couture Baltimore is presented by The Baltimore Fashion Alliance (BFA) www.BaltimoreFashionAlliance.org , a nonprofit 501c3 organization established in Maryland earlier this year to bring Baltimore fashion industry professionals and organizations together. The BFA’s goal for Haute Couture Baltimore is to educate the community about haute couture and increase awareness about Baltimore’s emerging haute couture industry. Proceeds will fund future BFA programs.
