Why
The Entrepreneurial Development & Assistance Center (EDAC) created the Women Owned & Managed Enterprise Network (W.O.M.E.N.) out of the need to further promote the efforts of women that received services from EDAC. The W.O.M.E.N. (Women Owned & Managed Enterprise Network) initiative is a network of resources helping women entrepreneurs develop winning outcomes for their venture. The initiative is achieved through an annual conference, monthly online workshops, a monthly online magazine, quarterly workshops, monthly speaking engagements to young ladies in middle school school through college.
