The W.O.M.E.N. (Women Owned & Managed Enterprise Network) initiative is a network of resources helping women entrepreneurs develop winning outcomes for their venture. The initiative is achieved through an annual conference, monthly online workshops, a monthly online magazine, quarterly workshops, monthly speaking engagements to young ladies in middle school school through college.
