Yesterday November 10, 2011- at 12 Noon – Ms. Carla A. Nelson – the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Minority Owned business (who was put in place by Stephanie Rawlings Blake predecessor Sheila Dixon) was relieved of her duties. We are following this story and will keep you updated to the best of our ability regarding the Mayor’s vision for the future of the department and her offices efforts to serve the needs of the minority owned businesses in Baltimore City.
