For those of you who came to Breakfast Boost this morning and tried Elise Rubenstein’s smoothie and wanted to make it yourself, here is the recipe:
Serving Size: 1
Ingredients:
5 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 banana
1/2 – 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired consistency. Enjoy!
