Do you find yourself struggling to balance your work life with your personal life? Do you feel like you’re being pulled in all directions, and rarely (if ever) have time for yourself? Then mark your calendar from 9 – 11 a.m. next Tuesday, September 27th for the Work + Life Balance Breakfast Seminar.

The event, hosted by B’More Creatives, in collaboration with JWatson Creative and MyCity4Her.com and will be held at the offices of MyCity4Her Affiliate Health Plan Headquarters, located at 7650 Belair Road Baltimore, MD 21236.

The seminar’s goal is to address the needs and concerns of women as they balance personal lives, families and work. This seminar is for all kinds of women, whether they are married, single, have children, own a business, and anything else they might have going on in their lives.

Three featured panelists will speak at the event, including Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach Debra Berney, Certified Holistic Health Coach and MyCity4Her Affiliate Elise Rubenstein, and Certified Life Coach and Motivational Speaker Veronique Freeman.

Debra Berney is owner and director of A Kick in the Pants.  Debra’s been kicking people in the pants for over 15 years.  She holds a M.S. degree in Community Health and is a certified Personal Trainer, instructor and Wellness Coach.  She is also a speaker and writer and looks forward to spreading the message that there’s more to fitness than fat and muscle- there’s actually heart and soul.  Debra’s mission is to help all people reach optimal health and to live fully with energy and passion- and to do it not only for themselves, but for their families, community and the world.

Elise Rubenstein is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She works closely with her clients to help them lose weight, improve their energy, and find balance in all aspects of their lives. Meal planning, recipes and personal support are the tools she implements to support her clients to achieve their health goals. Elise received her training to practice at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. After struggling with her weight and thyroid issues, Elise learned to change her overall approach to health and wellness and gained the balance in her life she was striving for. Speaking about Healthy Eating around the community, she has frequently appeared on Good Morning Maryland, Channel 2 in Baltimore. Click here to visit her website.

Veronique “Vie” Freeman was born in Orleans, France and grew up with an array of disabilities and major life changes at an early age. Her eyes were crossed, hips uneven (requiring a brace), severe speech impediment until the age of nine, and was a teen parent. She overcame each handicap and obstacle with a story of triumph and success.  She recognized her passion for life coaching in 2004 when reflecting on how her diverse background, life experiences, knowledge, and expertise would best be used helping others to discover their own purpose both personally and professionally.  Vie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Arts in Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and attained her CLC (Certified Life Coach) certification from the Life Coach Institute.  Vie believes in people and makes it one of her life goals to ensure that each and every person is exposed to a positive way of exploring life through setting and reaching goals. Today, by way of her life coaching, poetry, and motivational speaking, Vie continues to strive for growth and is reaching out to make a difference in our world every day.  Click here to visit her website.
